Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: This offer is open to individuals who are residents of Zambia. Employees of Jenny Internet and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Offer Details: This special offer is available while stocks last, with only 6 packages offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Non-Transferable: The special offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
4. Service Dependency: The Wireless connection provided as part of this package is tied to the use of the 100Mbps service provided by Jenny Internet. If the customer cancels the service, the Wireless connection will also be terminated. Similarly, if the customer is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions of the service, Jenny Internet may terminate the Wireless service without notice. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions to avoid any interruption or termination of the service.
5. Availability: The 100Mbps Wireless service is subject to availability and coverage in the customer’s area. Jenny Internet will make every effort to provide the service, but cannot guarantee that coverage will be available at the customer’s location.
6. Installation: The package includes free setup and installation of the equipment necessary to provide the service. The equipment provided remains the property of Jenny Internet and must be returned if the customer cancels the service. The customer is responsible for ensuring they have a suitable location and power supply for the equipment.

7. Payment Terms: The first month's payment needs to be made within one week after the service is installed to qualify for this special price.
8. No Liability: Jenny Internet is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property that may occur as a result of signing up for this offer or using the service.
9. Modification Rights: Jenny Internet reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time for any reason.
